Terms of Use

The deal for using this site, watching the training, applying to the Speedrun, and booking a call with us. Short and in plain language.

Effective September 2, 2026

TL;DR · The Short Version

01Who And What

systemsbyvic.com (the “site”) is operated by Laranja Digital Inc., an Ontario corporation (“we,” “us”). By using the site, watching the training, submitting a form, or booking a call through our links, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

The site offers educational content about growing a YouTube channel and a content business, a free application to the 100K Subscriber Speedrun, links to our free and paid communities on Skool, and a way to book a call with our team.

02Education, Not A Guarantee

Everything on the site, in the videos, in the emails, and in our communities is education and opinion based on our own experience. It is not financial, legal, tax, or professional advice, and it is not a promise that you will get a particular result.

Where we show numbers (views, subscriber counts, income, brand deals, client outcomes), they are real results achieved by specific people in specific circumstances. They are shown as examples of what is possible, not as what is typical or expected. Most people who watch free content do nothing with it. Any result you get depends on your niche, your effort, your timing, your consistency, and factors nobody controls. We make no guarantee of views, subscribers, income, clients, or prizes.

03The Speedrun

The 100K Subscriber Speedrun is a skill contest with its own Official Rules. Entry is free and no purchase is necessary. The Official Rules cover eligibility, verification, prizes, disqualification, and everything else about the race; if these terms and the Official Rules ever conflict, the Official Rules win. Membership in any paid community buys training, tools, and the community itself, never entry, scoring, or judging.

04Bookings, Communities, And Purchases

Booking a call through our scheduling links is a request to talk, not a contract. Any program, coaching, or paid community we offer has its own agreement and its own price, agreed separately in writing. Our communities run on Skool and are also subject to Skool's terms. Nothing on the site is an offer of employment, partnership, or investment.

05What You Send Us

Links, answers, messages, and posts you submit stay yours. You give us permission to use them to run the service you asked for (verify a channel, rank a leaderboard, prepare for a call, answer you) and, for the Speedrun, to show the channel data described in the Official Rules and the Privacy Policy. You promise that what you submit is accurate, is yours to share, and does not break anyone else's rights or the law.

06Our Content

The site, the videos, the training, the decks, the worksheets, the game plans, the tools we build, and the brand (names, logos, the bolt) belong to Laranja Digital Inc. or to the people who license them to us. You may watch and use them for your own channel and business. You may not copy, repost, resell, scrape, or redistribute them, or present them as your own, without written permission. Third-party tools and repositories we link to belong to their authors under their own licenses; linking is not endorsement.

07Acceptable Use

  • No bots, scripts, scraping, or automated submissions against our forms or endpoints.
  • No fake identities, fake channels, or submissions on someone else's behalf without their permission.
  • No interference with the site, the leaderboard, the email system, or any other user.
  • No use of the site for anything unlawful.

We may block access, remove submissions, or refuse service to anyone who breaks these rules, without notice.

08Third-Party Services

The site links to and embeds services run by other companies (YouTube, Skool, iClosed, video hosting, web fonts, and others). Their terms and privacy practices apply when you use them. We are not responsible for their content, availability, or conduct.

09Disclaimers And Liability

The site and its content are provided “as is.” To the fullest extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not promise the site will be available, error-free, or secure at all times.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Laranja Digital Inc., its directors, employees, and contractors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential loss, or for lost profits, revenue, subscribers, views, or data, arising from your use of the site or its content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim, or one hundred Canadian dollars, whichever is greater. Nothing here limits rights that consumer protection law gives you and that cannot be waived.

10Law, Changes, And Contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. Disputes go to the courts of Ontario, unless the law where you live gives you a right to something else.

We can update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new effective date, and using the site after that means you accept it. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
