Systems by Vic — Laranja Digital Inc.

Privacy Policy

What we collect, why we collect it, where it lives, how long we keep it, and how you get out. Plain language on purpose.

Effective September 2, 2026

TL;DR · The Short Version

01Who We Are

Systems by Vic is operated by Laranja Digital Inc., a corporation based in Ontario, Canada (the “company,” “we,” “us”). This policy covers systemsbyvic.com and its pages, the 100K Subscriber Speedrun application and leaderboard, the free and paid communities we run on Skool, calls booked through our scheduling links, and the emails we send.

Questions about this policy or your data: contact@socialgravity.ca.

02What We Collect

What you give us

  • Contact details: name, email address, phone number.
  • Links you share: your YouTube channel, Skool profile, and any other social channels you choose to add.
  • Your answers on our forms: where your content is at, your goals, hours, what you have invested, whether you sell an offer, where you found us, and similar questions.
  • Eligibility answers for the Speedrun: your country and your confirmation that you have reached the age of majority.
  • Anything you write to us by email, DM, or in a community post.

What we look up

  • Public YouTube channel data through the YouTube Data API: channel name, handle, avatar, subscriber count, video count, view counts, and the public stats of recent uploads. We use it to verify a channel exists, lock a Speedrun starting line, rank the leaderboard, and estimate which of the five Levels a channel is at.
  • Skool membership data when you join one of our communities: join date and the answers to the join questions, through Skool's tools.

What happens automatically

  • Email engagement: whether an email was delivered, opened, clicked, bounced, or unsubscribed.
  • Booking data when you schedule a call: the time you picked, your answers to the booking questions, and whether the call happened, was rescheduled, or was cancelled.
  • Standard server logs on our hosting (IP address, browser type, pages requested), kept briefly for security and troubleshooting.
  • This site does not run analytics or advertising cookies of its own. Embedded services (video hosting, web fonts, the call scheduler) load from their providers and may set their own cookies under their own policies.

03Why We Use It

  • To run the 100K Subscriber Speedrun: verify eligibility, lock and archive your starting line, refresh the leaderboard daily, verify winners, pay prizes, and keep the audit trail the Official Rules require.
  • To answer you: reply to your application with your verdict, your Level, and your game plan; confirm and prepare for a call you booked.
  • To send you what you asked for: course and community updates, the weekly leaderboard, training emails, and follow-ups about your application or booking.
  • To talk to you about working together: when you apply or book a call, you agree that our team may reach out by email, phone, or DM about your application, the challenge, and our programs.
  • To improve what we make: aggregated, non-identifying numbers about who applies and what works.
  • To meet legal obligations: tax and record-keeping duties around prizes and sales.

04Consent And Unsubscribing

Ticking the acceptance box on the Speedrun application, joining one of our communities, or booking a call is how you consent to the contact described above. Every marketing email we send carries an unsubscribe link, and one click stops that sending. Transactional messages tied to something you did (a verdict, a booking confirmation, a prize verification) can still be sent while the underlying activity is live.

You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or by emailing contact@socialgravity.ca. Withdrawing consent does not undo anything already done with your data before the withdrawal.

05The Public Leaderboard

If you are accepted into the Speedrun, the public leaderboard shows your channel name, handle, avatar, your public subscriber counts (starting line and current), your growth, your Level, and the Skool name you gave us. It never shows your email, phone number, or form answers. Withdrawing from the race removes your channel from the board at the next refresh.

06Where It Lives

We use a small number of service providers to store and process data. Some of them are outside Canada (mostly the United States), which means your data can be subject to the laws of those places.

ServiceWhat it holds
AirtableApplications, entrant records, contest audit trail, sales pipeline
Our mail system (self-hosted) and PostmarkEmail addresses, list membership, sending and engagement history
Our automation server (self-hosted)Processes form submissions and bookings; keeps short execution logs
iClosedCall bookings and booking-form answers
SkoolCommunity membership, posts, and join answers (under Skool's own policy)
Google WorkspaceEmail correspondence, documents, and call notes
YouTube Data API (Google)Public channel statistics we look up
TelegramInternal team notifications about new applications and bookings

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with anyone outside the company except these providers, professional advisers under confidentiality, or where the law requires it.

07How Long We Keep It

  • Speedrun records (application, starting line, sweeps, verification): the length of the season plus one year, so prizes can be audited.
  • Email list data: until you unsubscribe. After that we keep a suppression record so we do not email you again by mistake.
  • Sales and booking records: while we are talking or working together, and for a reasonable period afterwards.
  • Server logs: a short rolling window.
  • Financial records tied to prizes or purchases: as long as tax law requires.

08Your Rights

Under Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA) and similar laws elsewhere, you can ask us what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, withdraw consent, or ask us to delete it. We will act on a request within a reasonable time and tell you if something has to be kept (for example, a prize audit record or a tax record). To make a request, email contact@socialgravity.ca from the address we have on file, or tell us how to verify it is you.

If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can contact the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.

09Security, Age, And Third Parties

We limit who can access the tools that hold your data, use access tokens and HTTPS, and keep secrets out of shared places. No system is perfect, and we cannot promise absolute security.

Our services are for adults. The Speedrun requires that you have reached the age of majority where you live. We do not knowingly collect personal information from minors; if you think we have, email us and we will delete it.

Links to other sites and services (YouTube, Skool, iClosed, and others) lead to places with their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for them.

10Changes And Contact

When this policy changes, the new version is posted here with a new effective date. Material changes to how we use data already collected will be flagged by email where we can.
